EXAMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL ATTRACTIVENESS, ORGANIZATIONAL IMAGE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS TEACHERS

In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship levels between organizational attractiveness, organizational image and organizational loyalty variables within the framework of the views of physical education and sports teachers.  The research was designed according to the relational survey model and for this purpose, the structural equation model based on the theoretical framework was constructed.  Sample of study consists of 309 physical education and sports teachers, 105 female and 204 male, working in secondary and high schools affiliated to Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2020-2021 academic year. Personal information form created by the researchers, Organizational Attractiveness Scale (OAS) and Organizational Image Perception Scale (OIP) developed by Akman (2017) and Organizational Loyalty Scale (OLS) developed by Gürbüz (2008) were used as data collection tools in the study.  SPSS 22 and AMOS 18 programs were used for the analysis of the data obtained.  All hypotheses created according to the findings obtained in the study were confirmed. The first hypothesis, H1 hypothesis, revealed a significant and positive relationship between physical education and sports teachers' organizational image and organizational attractiveness perceptions.  In the second hypothesis, the H2 hypothesis, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational image and organizational loyalty.  The final hypothesis of the study, the H3 hypothesis, has emerged as a result of the positive effect of organizational attractiveness on organizational loyalty.  As a result, it can be thought that increasing the organizational image and organizational attractiveness will have a positive effect in ensuring the organizational loyalty of physical education and sports teachers.
