Publisher Transition Note

The International Journal of Education Technology and Scientific Researches (IJETSR) was originally established in 2016 and published by Ayşe Burcu Ulusoy, Ankara, until the end of 2025.

Effective from January 2026, the publication of the journal has been transferred to Education Research Xpress. This transition was undertaken to enhance the journal’s operational efficiency, editorial management, and global visibility.

The change in publisher does not affect the journal’s title, scope, editorial policies, or commitment to maintaining high standards of peer review and publication ethics. All previously published volumes and issues remain part of the journal’s official archive and continue to be accessible.

Education Research Xpress assumes full responsibility for the publication, distribution, and management of the journal from 2026 onward, ensuring continuity in quality, transparency, and academic integrity.
