The research aims to develop a measurement tool to measure the professional competence of the classroom teachers who take physical education and game classes. The research is a basic research and was conducted on 386 classroom teachers who participated in the research criteria and volunteered in Keçiören district of Ankara province between March 2019 and May 2019. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis were used for construct validity. The scale has a Likert (5-point) structure consisting of 37 items and 5 factors. The developed scale explained 70.14% of the total variance. As a result of the reliability analysis, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was calculated as 0.959. Within the scope of this study, a scale with validity and reliability was developed in determining the professional competencies of CILC teachers. In the findings, this scale was used to determine the competencies for the learning-teaching process, (2) the competencies for the purposes of the course, (3) the professional and field competencies, (4) the competencies for the content of the course, and (5) the competencies for assessment and evaluation. found suitable for the qualifications. This developed scale is important in providing the necessary trainings for determining the professional competencies of BECLC classroom teachers. The validity and reliability of this developed scale in determining the professional competencies of the Physical Education and Game Lesson Curriculum (BEODP) classroom teachers was tested, and its reliability and validity were tested.

Araştırma, beden eğitimi ve oyun dersine giren sınıf öğretmenlerinin öğretim programlarında yer alan mesleki yeterliliğini ölçmeye yönelik bir ölçme aracı geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma temel bir araştırma olup, Mart 2019-Mayıs 2019 tarihleri arasında Ankara ili Keçiören ilçesinde araştırma kriterine uygun ve gönüllülük esaslı katılım sağlayan 386 sınıf öğretmeni üzerinde yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yapı geçerliliği için betimsel istatistikler ve açımlayıcı faktör analizi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin 37 madde ve 5 faktörden oluşan likert (5'li) yapıdadır. Geliştirilen ölçek, toplam varyansın %70.14'ünü açıklamıştır. Güvenirlik analizi sonucunda ölçeğin Cronbach's alpha katsayısı 0.959 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, BEODÖP sınıf öğretmeni mesleki yeterliliklerini belirlenmesinde geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği olan bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Bulgularda, BEODÖP sınıf öğretmenlerinde (1) öğrenme-öğretme sürecine yönelik yeterlilikler, (2) dersin amaçlarına yönelik yeterlilikler, (3) mesleki ve alan yeterlilikleri, (4) dersin içeriğine yönelik yeterlilikler ve (5) ölçme değerlendirmeye yönelik yeterlilikleri belirlemek için bu ölçek niteliklere uygun bulunmuştur. Geliştirilen bu ölçek, BEODÖP sınıf öğretmeni mesleki yeterliliklerini belirlenmesinde gerekli olan eğitimlerin verilmesinde önemlidir. Geliştirilen bu ölçeğin Beden Eğitimi ve Oyun Dersi Öğretim Programı (BEODP) sınıf öğretmenlerinin mesleki yeterliliklerini belirlemede geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği yüksek, güvenilirliği ile geçerliliği test edilmiştir.
